Joinder Board

The Joinder Board is Carbon-Monroe-Pike Mental Health and Developmental Services governing body. The Joinder Board is made up of County Commissioners from Carbon, Monroe and Pike counties and meets regularly throughout the year. The Tri-County Joinder's purpose is to assure the continuous provision of high quality mental health and developmental disability services as specified under the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Act of 1966 and other pertinent State and Federal legislative mandates.
