US Health Care Services, LLC. is committed to serving the needs of children and their families in Monroe, Carbon, and Pike Counties. Their mission is to provide high quality services in order to promote and protect the optimal health of children, families, and our communities. These services are developed for providers and families to work together in partnership to address the child’s cognitive, communication, social emotional, physical, and adaptive development. Services will support the child’s functional developmental needs in their home and out in the community. Furthermore, they always strive to provide supports and services in an effective and caring manner to help children attain their maximum potential.
